Decent plan, slow support
I got the 100GB data plan a month ago. The 5G network access has been solid where I am, and the no-contract part is great. I had an issue activating my eSIM, though. Customer support took a bit long to respond to my chat. They fixed it eventually, but it was a minor hassle. Value is good overall.
Got a new plan, works well
